About Carrollee Hotel
Located in Kingaroy, 2 and a half hours from Brisbane, the Hotel is within reach of all of the wonderful South Burnett region attractions, including wineries, rural walks, Bunya Mountains and of course the world famous peanut farms.
Kingaroy is the Peanut Capital of Australia. A friendly township with many sporting and community activities. It has a rich tradition of famous Australians and many sporting heroes. The town hosts many activities and attractions throughout the year.
The Hotel is a traditional Federation style ‘Queenslander’ and has a heritage listing. It has 16 share facility Hotel rooms, 2 bars, Free Wi Fi, 34 gaming machines and a large drive thru bottle shop.

Dining at Carrollee Hotel
‘Steve’s Place’ at the Carrollee Hotel is a family friendly relaxed Bistro. Dine inside in air conditioned comfort or Al Fresco adjacent our Beer Garden area. From the Al Fresco dining area you can also watch racing or sport.
The Menu is prepared fresh daily featuring our specialty – the succulent quality MSA Grade Cuts of Beef through our Highlands Choice Brand. The steaks are cooked to your liking on our open grill.
Add your choice of Sauce or a Seafood topper.
Our Signature night is the monthly Seafood Buffet. Bookings are essential. Check with staff to confirm times.
In addition to all of your favourites and Pub classics on the menu, there are options to provide for all tastes plus daily Chef Creations and Specials or “Challenges”. The Kids menu is also a hit with children’s activity, ice-cream and soft drink package.
The daily Lunch Specials are popular inexpensive meals and provide quick and tasty satisfaction for any time poor traveller or worker. Book in and spoil the family with either our monthly Seafood Buffet Special or the huge Sunday Buffet Breakfast Feast.
Espresso Coffee and Cake options are available fresh each day.
Chefs can cater for all individual tastes and we accept special requests, private parties, group bookings or functions. The Carrollee has a variety of Function Packages and a choice of hot or cold Group Platters.
Tables can be arranged for privacy, for that quiet and intimate dining space, or booths or arranged for a large space or with high chairs or positioned so that you can enjoy the Footy or Keno on the TV screens while dining.

Public Bar at Carrollee Hotel
Our Bars at The Carrollee are there to serve you brewery fresh cold, clean beer. Our staff mixologists are ready for any cocktail or spirit you may wish to have.
Each Bar has entertainment. There are large screen TV’s for Sport or Entertainment plus Keno. The Public Bar has full TAB facilities and display screens including Sky Channel.
A range of Bar snacks or Bar menu items are available. Check out the special occasion functions, and events happening weekly in the Bars from Trivia to Poker to Jag the Joker or Sausage Sizzles.
